Terms of Use
Effective 26 September 2026 · Version 1
These terms are an agreement between you and Raghul Ragavan Pandiarajan ("the developer", "we"), not with Apple. By tapping Agree you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use Odo.
1. What Odo is
Odo counts the distance your bikes and their parts have been ridden, using rides your iPhone already recorded or rides you import, and reminds you when a part may be due for a look. It is a record-keeping aid, not a safety inspection.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Odo on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service (the Usage Rules). You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of Odo, except as the law permits.
3. Your bike is your responsibility
Odo's counts, estimates and "due" notices depend on the data it is given and on the intervals you set. They can be wrong, late or missing. Always inspect your bike yourself and follow the manufacturer's service guidance. Odo is not a substitute for a mechanic, and we are not responsible for damage, injury or loss arising from reliance on the app.
4. Your data
Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups (Odo › Settings › Data › Export backup). Health data is used only for Odo's features and never for advertising or sold to anyone.
5. Purchases
The one-time unlock is sold through the App Store and subject to Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
6. Maintenance and support
We alone are responsible for Odo and for any maintenance or support. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. Reach us at odocustomerservice@gmail.com.
7. Warranty
Odo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. If Odo fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation, and any other claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty is our responsibility.
8. Product claims
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim by you or a third party relating to Odo or your possession or use of it, including product liability claims, claims that Odo fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims under consumer protection or similar law.
9. Intellectual property
Odo, its drawings, artwork and code are ours or our licensors'. If a third party claims that Odo infringes its intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.
10. Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Third-party terms
Odo uses Apple Health, iCloud, Sign in with Apple and the App Store, each under Apple's own terms, which you must comply with when using those features.
12. Apple as third-party beneficiary
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right, and is deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce these terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
13. Termination
These terms last until ended. You may end them by deleting Odo. We may end them if you break them. Sections 3, 7, 8 and 9 survive.
14. Changes
If these terms change, Odo will show the new version and ask you to accept it before continuing.
